Customers receive a call notifying them that their order is on the way. Once confirmed, merchants get updates through the dashboard or custom notifications, ensuring full visibility and transparency throughout the delivery process.

If a delivery address falls outside our zones, we use trusted third-party courier partners to ensure your orders reach their destination reliably. When onboarding, you can indicate your preference for these deliveries—prioritizing either lowest cost or fastest delivery time.

All items are transported safely to prevent damage. Temperature-sensitive products are delivered in insulated boxes, and all deliveries follow standardized handling protocols. Our trained personnel ensure that fragile and high-value items reach customers in perfect condition.
